Ganesh Selvaraj was born in 1976, in Chennai. He studied Masters in fine art At the Government College of Arts and craft, Madras University. Also, he received a prestigious Charles walls India Trust Award to study in the United Kingdom from the British council of India. Received Junior Research Fellowship from Art & Culture, India. Art residency in UDK Berlin, German. Asia pacific international Art Award Seoul, South Korea. He has participated in many national and international exhibitions and Fairs. He is among the few intensely reflective and sensitive younger artists in the country with outstanding multimedia strengths and a high degree of competence in Printmaking, painting and sculpture.
He constantly contributes to the contemporary Indian art movement.
