CONFLUENCE

A place in which people meet- be it a temple, a wedding hall or a theatre- is a space of communion and acceptance where emotions are unadulterated, and there is possibility of collective action. This exhibition is inspired by such shared dimensions of time and space. Art is an expansive entity that means many things to many people. Yet there is a point, however small it might be, at which these definitions converge. Confluence represents this moment when different streams meet to form an entity that is more than the sum of its parts. The individual members of Kinetics have different ideologies and ways of working. Yet there is also a strong collective identity that gives them the strength and vision to forge ahead. This exhibition represents this confluence of individual and collective identities from which a new journey is set to begin.
